Every commission starts with a conversation by email. Tell us the production, the character and the date it has to be on a body, and we'll tell you honestly what is possible.

Before you write
Three things that make the first reply useful.
Measurements
Nothing needed up front. Once a commission is agreed we send a 32-point measurement guide, or arrange a fitting in the workroom.
Response time
We reply to every enquiry within two working days with an initial view on feasibility, schedule and cost band.
Working to a tight schedule? Say so in the subject line.
We hold a small number of express slots each quarter for reshoots, replacement builds and late casting changes. Mark your message “Urgent” and we'll prioritise the reply.
